A good name is built on the whole story.
Useful reviews reflect real experiences, including the less-than-perfect ones. Our product is designed around that principle.
The same public route for everyone
We do not use a customer’s rating to decide whether they can leave a Google review. Every visitor sees the same option. Private feedback is a separate choice, available to everyone.
AI helps with phrasing, not facts
A customer describes an actual experience before choosing to request a draft. Drafting instructions preserve sentiment and criticism and prohibit invented details. The customer reviews, edits and chooses whether to post. Nothing is published automatically.
No incentives. No manufactured praise.
We do not buy reviews or reward positive ratings. The example content in our demo and marketing illustrations is labelled clearly and is not presented as real customer evidence.
Know the rules
Google prohibits fake engagement and selective positive-review solicitation. The CMA’s fake-review guidance explains UK responsibilities for collecting and publishing consumer reviews. These are reasons to make honest feedback the default.
