Great service.
Meet a simpler next step.

You’ve done the hard part. Make it easy for your customers to share their experience, while it’s still fresh.

01

Make the moment count.

Put a QR code on the counter, share your review link, or programme it onto an NFC card. Your customer opens the same friendly page.

02

Let them tell their story.

A neutral prompt helps customers reflect on their visit. Optional AI rephrasing uses only their own experience, ready for them to edit.

03

Keep the conversation going.

Send thoughtful email requests, stay on top of private feedback, and draft replies to Google reviews from one workspace.

A little perspective

What could a
consistent ask do?

Play with the numbers. This is a planning estimate, never a promise of reviews, revenue or rankings.

Good questions

Let’s clear
a few things up.

Can you guarantee more five-star reviews?

No. We make it easier to invite honest feedback. Customers choose their rating, wording and whether to post. We never offer incentives, invent reviews or promise rankings.

What happens if someone has a bad experience?

They see the same Google review option as everyone else. They can also contact you privately. You can use the resolution inbox to put things right; private feedback never blocks a public review.

Does AI write the customer’s review?

Only if they choose to use it. They first describe their own experience. AI can rephrase those details without adding facts or changing the sentiment. Customers edit and post for themselves. AI is available after the service is connected.

Do I need a special card or an app?

No app is needed for your customers. Share a review link or print your included QR code. If you want tap-to-review, programme the same link onto a compatible NFC card. Hardware is not part of the subscription.

How does the Google connection work?

Review links work without API access. To sync reviews and publish replies, connect a verified Google Business Profile. The operator also needs Google approval and configured OAuth credentials. Google can limit API access.

Can I cancel or export my data?

Yes. Manage renewal in the billing portal and export contacts, feedback, campaigns and reviews in Settings. Deleting your account removes its workspace data; statutory billing records may remain with the payment provider.
