Leave a Review · A little clarity

From the counter to a conversation.

Your QR code and NFC card can open the same review page. Choose the touchpoints that fit your business.

Where to put a QR code

Try a small reception sign, the bottom of a receipt, an invoice footer, a menu insert or an aftercare card. Use clear wording such as “How was your experience? We’d love your honest feedback.” Keep the code square and give it a clear light border.

Print it sharply

Download the SVG from QR & NFC tools. It stays sharp when resized. Print a test, then scan it with at least two phones at the distance customers will use. Never stretch, crop or cover the code.

Set up a compatible NFC card

Use an NFC-writing app and a compatible card to write your review-page URL as an NDEF web address. Test both iPhone and Android. Keep a printed QR and readable URL as fallbacks. Hardware is purchased separately.

Keep the invitation neutral

Ask every customer for an honest opinion. Do not use staff scripts that request five stars, offer rewards, or reserve review invitations for happy customers.
